My very honest review> Sadly the first one that arrived was squint no matter what, and my bf & I tried multiple times to sort it, but it just wasn’t working. However, when I relayed this to the business they sent me out a new one, fully assembled, a free of charge replacement. I really appreciate this and the genuine honesty and care for customers from the business, thank you very much. The product itself is silent and does the job for my Dwarf hamster, but slightly too small for a Syrian. I do like the wheel. The only thing that would put me off slightly was the multiple tiktok messages (before the product arrived) which felt slightly unprofessional I would’ve preferred an email as the tiktok shop messages don’t always show a notification. Additionally, the grammar and spelling were difficult to read on the messages, but the customer service after my issue was amazing and I have no issue with that, thank you again.
