FREE Shipping to the UK, USA & Canada

Most orders are estimated to arrive within 8–12 days from the date you place your order. This estimate includes order processing, packaging and delivery.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs clearance, public holidays or local courier delays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll email your tracking number.

We monitor every shipment using 17TRACK until it reaches your delivery address, helping to ensure your order arrives safely.

If you have any questions about your delivery at any stage, simply contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items and may choose any suitable tracked return service.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Returns & Return Postage

We offer full refunds if you change your mind or are not happy with your purchase, provided the item meets the return conditions below.

Please note: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage for all change-of-mind or unwanted-item returns.

To be eligible for a return, the item should:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be unused, where possible.

  • Be returned with its original packaging, where possible.

Damaged or faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info.misterjohn@gmail.com before returning it. Once the issue has been agreed, we will cover the return postage.
